Construit avec une coque et une superstructure en GRP, il a une vitesse impressionnante et une grande efficacité grâce à sa coque planante. Flow navigue confortablement à 24 nœuds, atteint une vitesse maximale de 30 nœuds. Avec un faible tirant d'eau de 1,7 m/5'7″, Flow peut mouiller plus près des criques et des baies abritées pendant la nuit.
